This position involves preparing clients for employment, developing unsubsidized jobs, placing clients into jobs, and providing follow-up support to assure job retention.

The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, knowledgeable about disabilities and privacy laws, and skilled in communication, customer service, self-advocacy promotion, and counseling. This role coordinates a wide range of supportive employment services based on Individual Supportive Employment with Long-Term Vocational Supports as defined by the Department of Justice.

Job Summary
