The Site Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative support for HVAC operations at a designated job site. This role manages site-specific administrative tasks, coordinates communication between HVAC teams, clients, and vendors, oversees scheduling, maintains accurate records, and ensures compliance with safety and regulatory standards.Responsibilities

- Engineering & Design: Study tender documents, project specifications, drawings, BOQs, and contractual HVAC requirements.
- Calculations & Sizing: Perform HVAC heat load calculations using HAP and other approved engineering software.
- System Design: Carry out equipment selection and system sizing in compliance with local regulations and international standards.
- Technical Submittals: Prepare and submit data sheets, material approvals, compliance statements, and technical submittals.
- Documentation & Coordination: Prepare Method Statements, technical calculations, and engineering documentation in coordination with project and site teams.
