Development Engineer (New Product)
Qualifications:

Job Description / Responsibilities:

Drive the development of new products and ranges, extending the number of SKUs, and implementing automation or labor-saving techniques

Ensure proper market information is received from local sales and export departments to maintain competitiveness of new products

Liaise with all departments to ensure feasibility is positive and preparation (approvals, procurement of packaging) is arranged in time

Roles & Responsibilities:

Ensure all machines and auxiliary equipment operate optimally to maintain speed/output and product quality

Handle plumbing activities across all plant locations for timely resolution of issues

Conduct preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance for electrical panels, motors, and parts, recording in machine history and AM/PM checklist

Recommend electrical/electronic parts for replacement before failure

Post all GL transactions: Sales, Receipts, Purchases, Invoices, Payments, and Stock Journal
