Responsibilities:
Supervise, coach, and support a team of waiters and junior staff during service
Ensure smooth table turnover, guest satisfaction, and fast response to requests
Handle VIP guests, celebrations, and high-value tables with confidence and finesse
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
Manage the mise en place of the section, cleanliness, and table setups before each shift
