Procurement Specialist

Qualifications:

المؤهلات:

• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو الصحة والسلامة المهنية أو مجال ذي صلة.

• شهادة السلامة NEBOSH IGC أو ما يعادلها.

• أكثر من سنتين من الخبرة في أدوار الصحة والسلامة والبيئة، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في قطاع البناء أو الصناعة.

• معرفة قوية بقواعد السلامة المحلية وإجراءات تقييم المخاطر.

المسؤوليات:

• مراقبة وتطبيق الامتثال للوائح الصحة والسلامة.

• إجراء عمليات تفتيش السلامة والتدقيق والتحقيق في الحوادث.

• تطوير وتقديم جلسات التدريب والتوعية بالسلامة.

• إعداد تقارير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة والحفاظ على وثائق السلامة.

أخصائي المشتريات

المؤهلات:

• درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة سلسلة التوريد أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.

• أكثر من 3 سنوات من الخبرة في أدوار المشتريات أو سلسلة التوريد.

• معرفة مصادر التفاوض وإدارة البائعين.

• الكفاءة في أنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات وأدوات مايكروسوفت أوفيس.

المسؤوليات:

• تحديد وتقييم الموردين لضمان الجودة والفعالية من حيث التكلفة.

• إصدار أوامر الشراء وإدارة عمليات الشراء.

• تتبع عمليات التسليم وحل مشكلات التوريد أو التأخير.
