Head of BOS UAE & Bahrain
What You Will Do:

Team management: managing the team assigned to SI/ADM/ITMS in the multi-accounts you are assigned to.

Interact with Customer Fulfilment Responsible and Customer Solution Responsible (Core 2) to manage growth accounts and manage forecast and related activities with accountability on relevant KPIs (financial).

Enable business growth within the existing customer base and focus on delivering business value.

Instill a culture for add-on sales and customer value maximization.

Drive Autonomous Operations, AI and data analytics adoption, and maturity of Operations and ADM; instill innovation culture and leverage technology to transform and revive the MSIT and SI role.

Responsible for planning and delivery of ITMS and ADM and supporting MSCOO(s) for any outsourced IT operations within the allocated accounts.

Responsible for planning and delivery of SI projects and supporting HOSD(s) for smooth project delivery within the allocated accounts.

Ensure SI, ITMS, and ADM execution excellence with adherence to service delivery tools, processes, and methods including change control approval and overall governance.
Head of BOS Enterprise Architecture
What You Will Do:

Lead BOS end-to-end portfolio presales and solution delivery, managing Solution & Enterprise Architects and cross-portfolio specialists.

Establish and lead enterprise architecture and design authority practices.

Senior people manager of own unit and senior leader across matrixed organization extending to solution line professionals in other CU BOS, BOS solution lines, and SD/SDU units.

Set individual performance and development goals for members with regular check-ins.

Responsible for team dimensioning; cost center responsible to deliver over-absorption target and required utilization/billability.

Accountable for presales and delivery of BOS solutions in complex offerings and transformations including 3rd-party products and solutions.

Plan, lead, and industrialize initiatives to augment Ericsson BOS offerings to create higher fit to customer needs and improve competitiveness.

Responsible for competence management and upskilling of the community to serve business needs.
