Description:

We are hiring a Lifting and Rigging Manager responsible for planning, supervising, and ensuring the safe execution of all lifting operations.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lifting procedures and safety protocols

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

• Plan and coordinate lifting operations with projects/facilities teams in Bahrain and overseas

• Supervise crane operators and rigging team

• Regularly inspect and maintain lifting equipment and gears

• Coordinate with project managers, safety teams, and clients

• Prepare and review lifting plans and method statements

• Conduct risk assessments

• Ensure lifting equipment is certified and functional

• Oversee training and certification for the lifting and rigging team

• Monitor lifting activities to ensure adherence to procedures

• Manage procurement and inventory of equipment and accessories

• Handle recruitment of crane operators and rigging staff

• Maintain records of inspections, maintenance, and training

• Allocate resources to meet deadlines

• Conduct safety meetings and toolbox talks

• Stay updated on industry practices and technologies

• Participate in incident/accident investigations

• Promote a safety-first culture

• Exercise STOP Work authority when unsafe operations are identified

مطلوب مدير الرفع والربط (Lifting and Rigging Manager)

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• تطوير وتنفيذ إجراءات وخطط السلامة الخاصة بأعمال الرفع.

• ضمان الالتزام بجميع معايير وأنظمة السلامة المعتمدة.

• التخطيط والتنسيق لجميع عمليات الرفع مع فرق المشاريع والمرافق داخل البحرين أو خارجها.

• إدارة ومتابعة عمل مشغلي الرافعات وفريق الربط.

• فحص وصيانة معدات وأدوات الرفع بانتظام.

• التنسيق مع مديري المشاريع وفريق السلامة وممثلي العملاء.

• إعداد ومراجعة خطط الرفع وطرق التنفيذ.

• إجراء تقييمات المخاطر.

• التأكد من أن جميع معدات وأدوات الرفع معتمدة وفي حالة جيدة.

• الإشراف على تدريب وتوثيق شهادات فريق الرفع والربط.

• مراقبة أنشطة الرفع لضمان الالتزام بالإجراءات المعتمدة.

• إدارة شراء ومخزون معدات وأدوات الرفع.

• الإشراف على توظيف مشغلي الرافعات وفريق الربط عند الحاجة.

• الحفاظ على توثيق دقيق للفحوصات والصيانة والتدريبات.

• تخصيص الموارد بفعالية لتلبية جداول المشاريع.

• عقد اجتماعات سلامة منتظمة وإجراء محادثات توعية ميدانية.

• متابعة أحدث الممارسات والتقنيات في مجال الصناعة.

• المشاركة في التحقيقات المتعلقة بالحوادث أو الحوادث القريبة من الحدوث.

• تعزيز ثقافة السلامة داخل القسم.

• استخدام سلطة "إيقاف العمل" في حال تم تقييم عمليات الرفع بأنها غير آمنة.
