Role Overview:

Join Deloitte as an Audit & Assurance Tadarab Intern and develop skills in audit strategy, planning, execution, and client management. Gain hands-on exposure to auditing processes and contribute to high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare audit strategy, business plans, budgets, and schedules

• Assist in staffing assignments and workload distribution

• Contribute to client relationships through professional interactions

• Recognize and communicate opportunities for additional work

• Plan and manage engagement components to meet deadlines

• Support and motivate audit staff, providing guidance and career development

Qualifications:

• 0–1 year experience in public accounting, auditing, or audit management

• Knowledge of international financial reporting standards (IFRS)

• Experience in financial services or energy sector is an asset

• International accounting qualification: CA, ACCA, or CPA

• Fluent in English; bilingual (Arabic/English) preferred

Position: Senior | Audit & Assurance

Job Type: Full-time

Role Overview:

As a Senior in Audit & Assurance, you will lead engagements, manage teams, and ensure high-quality audit deliverables while building client trust and credibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client expectations and industry matters prior to engagements

• Deliver high-quality audit services with awareness of regulation and risk management impacts

• Adapt and execute audit procedures and referral instructions for group audits

• Liaise with onshore and offshore Centers of Excellence, ensuring accurate and complete task delivery

• Track deliverables from component auditors and link risks, controls, procedures, and findings

• Demonstrate completeness of audit quality milestones and contribute to overall audit quality

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in auditing and assurance services

• Strong knowledge of industry practices and regulatory frameworks

• Ability to manage audit teams and mentor junior staff

• Fluent in English; bilingual proficiency (Arabic/English) is an advantage

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• يفضل وجود خبرة في قطاع الخدمات المالية أو الطاقة

• مؤهل محاسبي دولي: CA أو ACCA أو CPA

حول الوظيفة:

خلال فترة عملك كـ كبير في التدقيق والضمان ضمن Deloitte، ستقوم بتطوير قدراتك في إدارة التدقيق وبناء علاقات الثقة مع العملاء وضمان جودة الخدمات.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• بناء الثقة والمصداقية مع الأطراف المعنية من خلال فهم توقعاتهم ومتطلباتهم الفردية

• تقديم خدمات عالية الجودة مع مراعاة التأثير التنظيمي وإدارة المخاطر على العمليات والضوابط

• فهم الإحصاءات الرئيسية وقطاع الأعمال قبل بدء المهام

• تكييف تعليمات التدقيق لتوضيح نطاق الإجراءات التي سيتم تنفيذها، مع التركيز على مجالات التدقيق الأساسية

• التنسيق مع المراكز الداخلية والخارجية لضمان دقة المعلومات المكتسبة وتقديمها بالشكل الصحيح

• متابعة نتائج المدققين الفرعيين وفهم أهميتها وتأثيرها على عملية التدقيق

• ربط المخاطر والضوابط والإجراءات والنتائج ضمن ملف التدقيق بطريقة دقيقة وفعالة

• توضيح مراحل جودة التدقيق وكيفية إظهار اكتمال هذه المراحل ودورها في ضمان جودة التدقيق

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• خبرة سابقة في التدقيق والضمان

• معرفة قوية بالمعايير الدولية للتقارير المالية وأفضل الممارسات

• مهارات اتصال قوية وقدرة على التنسيق مع فرق متعددة داخل الشركة وخارجها
