About the Role
We are hiring an Electrician cum Plumber (Local Hire Only) to perform installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of electrical and plumbing systems with precision and safety.

Details

• Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, appliances, and fixtures using hand and power tools
• Diagnose malfunctioning systems and components using test equipment to identify and fix problems
• Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, and other components
• Inspect electrical systems and components for hazards, defects, and compliance with codes
• Advise management on equipment safety and operational risks
• Direct and train workers in electrical and plumbing maintenance or repair tasks
• Maintain records, prepare reports, and manage supplies and equipment orders
• Repair or replace wiring, equipment, and fixtures with appropriate tools
• Assemble pipe sections, tubing, and fittings using clamps, couplings, screws, and welding/soldering equipment
• Test plumbing systems by filling pipes or fixtures with water or air and observing pressure levels

تفاصيل

• تجميع وتركيب واختبار وصيانة الأسلاك الكهربائية والمعدات والأجهزة والتجهيزات باستخدام الأدوات اليدوية والكهربائية
• تشخيص الأنظمة والمكونات المعطلة باستخدام معدات الاختبار لتحديد المشكلات وإصلاحها
• قم بتوصيل الأسلاك بقواطع الدائرة والمحولات والمكونات الأخرى
• فحص الأنظمة والمكونات الكهربائية بحثًا عن المخاطر والعيوب والامتثال للرموز
• تقديم المشورة للإدارة بشأن سلامة المعدات والمخاطر التشغيلية
• توجيه وتدريب العمال في مهام الصيانة أو الإصلاح الكهربائية والسباكة
• الحفاظ على السجلات وإعداد التقارير وإدارة طلبات الإمدادات والمعدات
• إصلاح أو استبدال الأسلاك والمعدات والتجهيزات باستخدام الأدوات المناسبة
• تجميع أقسام الأنابيب والأنابيب والتجهيزات باستخدام المشابك والوصلات والبراغي ومعدات اللحام
• اختبار أنظمة السباكة عن طريق ملء الأنابيب أو التركيبات بالماء أو الهواء ومراقبة مستويات الضغط
