Vacancy for the Post of a Senior Project Engineer – Air-Conditioning Company

Job Description:

1. Receive job transfer sheet from Project Manager

2. Study and verify project scope from an execution perspective and consult with PM for changes

3. Prepare material submissions, drawing submittals, and method statements for client/consultant approval

4. Manage overall project progress

5. Handle multiple projects simultaneously

6. Develop work programs based on civil works schedule

7. Communicate project scope and contract terms to subordinates

8. Monitor and control project phases

9. Ensure quality standards at all levels

10. Maintain billing projections

11. Provide system backup to engineers/site teams

12. Conduct internal team progress review meetings

13. Discuss project progress/problems with EDC for corrective action

14. Maintain complete documentation for all project files

15. Control material and manpower costs within budget

16. Ensure complete and proper handover from Sales division

17. Work with drawing office through full shop drawing cycle

18. Identify manpower/material needs and coordinate with concerned departments

19. Review project work programs

20. Achieve monthly billing and certification targets

21. Analyze deviations from the plan and implement corrective actions; report to higher management

22. Prepare and submit variation claims with backup documents

23. Coordinate with Purchase team for operations material/equipment needs

24. Design chilled water systems as per consultant specifications

25. Perform heat load, ESP, and pump head calculations

26. Manage commissioning and balancing of systems

27. Provide training and support to subordinates

28. Build and maintain relationships with all project stakeholders

29. Conduct client training/demonstration where required

30. Obtain project completion certificates

31. Ensure compliance with QHSE standards

1. استلام أوراق تحويل المشروع من مدير المشروع

2. دراسة نطاق العمل من حيث التنفيذ ومناقشة أي تعديلات مع مدير المشروع

3. إعداد عروض المواد، المخططات، وبيانات الطريقة للحصول على الموافقات

4. متابعة التقدم العام للمشروع

5. إدارة عدة مشاريع في نفس الوقت

6. إعداد برنامج العمل حسب الأعمال المدنية للمشروع

7. شرح نطاق العقد وشروطه للفريق

8. مراقبة المشروع في جميع مراحله

9. ضمان جودة الأعمال

10. الحفاظ على التوقعات المالية والفوترة

11. دعم مهندسي وفنيي المشاريع عند الحاجة

12. عقد اجتماعات أسبوعية مع الفريق لمراجعة التقدم

13. مناقشة المعوقات مع الإدارة لاتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة

14. توثيق جميع المستندات الخاصة بالمشروع

15. مراقبة ميزانية المشروع والتحكم في التكاليف

16. التأكد من اكتمال ملف المشروع من قسم المبيعات

17. التعاون مع قسم الرسم لإعداد واعتماد المخططات

18. تحديد احتياجات المشروع من موظفين ومواد

19. مراجعة برنامج عمل المشاريع

20. تحقيق أهداف الفوترة الشهرية

21. التأكد من أن المشروع يسير حسب الخطة الموضوعة ومعالجة الانحرافات

22. إعداد وتقديم الفروقات للموافقة عليها

23. إرسال احتياجات المشروع لقسم المشتريات ومتابعتها

24. التصميم الكامل لنظام المياه المبردة واختيار المعدات المناسبة

25. حسابات الأحمال الحرارية، الضغط الساكن، وضغط المضخات

26. تشغيل وموازنة النظام

27. تحديد وتوفير التدريب اللازم للفريق

28. بناء علاقات جيدة مع العميل والاستشاري والمقاولين

29. تقديم التدريب اللازم لممثلي العملاء (إن وجد)

30. الحصول على شهادة إنجاز المشروع

31. الالتزام بسياسات الجودة والسلامة والبيئة
