HSE Officer
Key Responsibilities:
HSE Implementation: Implement and maintain HSE management systems for offshore construction and marine projects
Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and job safety analysis for marine operations
Safety Monitoring: Monitor all offshore activities including diving operations, heavy lifts, pipe-laying, and vessel operations
Compliance: Ensure compliance with international standards (ISM Code, SOLAS, MARPOL) and client HSE requirements
Incident Investigation: Lead investigation of incidents, near-misses, and hazardous occurrences
Safety Training: Conduct HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and specialized safety training for offshore personnel
Audit & Inspection: Perform regular HSE audits, inspections, and emergency drill evaluations
Contractor Management: Monitor and audit subcontractors' HSE performance
Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports

Qualifications & Experience:
Graduation or Diploma in any stream
Minimum 3+ years of experience in HSE, preferably in marine, oil & gas, or infrastructure construction
NEBOSH International General Certificate (Level 3) is required
Familiarity with HSE management systems and document control processes
Experience in HSE reporting and data management
Skills & Competencies:

Marine Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Vessel Operations Management: Plan, coordinate, and monitor all vessel movements, including tugs, barges, crew boats, and offshore support vessels
Project Support: Ensure marine resources are effectively deployed to support offshore construction, dredging, and subsea projects
Port & Terminal Coordination: Manage port calls, berthing arrangements, and cargo operations in compliance with port regulations

Key Responsibilities:
Execute complex lifting operations on offshore platforms, vessels, and installations, ensuring safe handling of equipment and materials.
Inspect, maintain, and certify all rigging equipment, including slings, shackles, chains, and lifting gear, in compliance with offshore standards.
Collaborate with crane operators using standardized hand signals or radio communication to direct lifts and ensure precise load placement.
