• Technical Oversight: Provide engineering expertise for troubleshooting, design improvements, and compliance with industry standards

• إدارة المصنع: الإشراف على العمليات اليومية لمصنع التصنيع والتجميع

• تخطيط الإنتاج: ضمان الجداول الإنتاجية الفعالة لتلبية متطلبات العملاء

• مراقبة الجودة: تطبيق والحفاظ على معايير الجودة للأنظمة الكهربائية ومولدات الديزل

• الإشراف الفني: تقديم الخبرة الهندسية لحل المشكلات، وتحسين التصاميم، والامتثال للمعايير الصناعية

• قيادة الفريق: الإشراف على الفريق الفني وتوجيهه وضمان الالتزام بالبروتوكولات التشغيلية والسلامة
