Machine Operator – CNC, Laser, Printing & Channel Letter Bending

Job Summary

We are looking for a versatile Machine Operator capable of running multiple signage production machines. The candidate must have hands-on experience operating CNC Router, Fiber Laser, CO₂ Laser, Eco-Solvent Printers, UV Printers, Plotter Cutters, and Channel Letter Bending Machines.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain:

  • CNC Router (2D/3D cutting)

  • Fiber Laser (metal cutting)

  • CO₂ Laser (acrylic & non-metal cutting)

  • Eco-Solvent Printers & UV Printers

  • Plotter Cutting Machines

  • Channel Letter Bending Machine & Press Brake

• Load materials and ensure correct thickness, feed rates, and tool selection.

• Prepare machine settings based on artwork provided by the design team.

• Conduct routine maintenance and calibration for consistent output quality.

• Inspect produced items for accuracy, alignment, and finishing quality.

• Manage production timelines and daily machine logs.

• Follow safety procedures for tools, chemicals, and electrical equipment.

Signage Fabricator – Metal, Acrylic & Assembly

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate signage using aluminum, stainless steel, acrylic, ACP, PVC, LED modules, and other materials.

• Assemble 3D letters, lightboxes, pylons, wayfinding signs, and retail branding elements.

• Perform bending, welding, cutting, drilling, and finishing tasks.

• Apply vinyl graphics and printed media when required.

• Work closely with designers and machine operators to ensure accurate build quality.

• Conduct LED wiring, power supply setup, and internal lighting assembly (basic electrical understanding).

• Inspect completed signs for quality, stability, and compliance with client specifications.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and fabrication workspace.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in signage fabrication (metal & acrylic).

• Ability to read drawings and translate them into accurate physical products.

• Skill in welding, bending, cutting, and assembly.

• Experience using press brake, grinding tools, hand tools, and fabrication equipment.

• Understanding of LED installation and electrical basics is preferred.

Signage Designer (Machine Oversight)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Signage Designer with strong technical expertise in both design and production. The role involves creating accurate signage artwork, preparing machine-ready files, and overseeing output quality on laser, CNC, and printing machines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality 2D signage artwork in Adobe Illustrator & AutoCAD.

• Prepare precise cutting files for laser, CNC, and plotting machines.

• Oversee machine output to ensure accuracy and alignment with design specifications.

• Coordinate with production teams to ensure manufacturability of designs.

• Review, correct, and standardize client artwork and branding files.

• Create shop drawings, material specifications, and technical documentation.

• Assist with prototyping and R&D for new signage systems.

• Maintain organized design archives for all projects.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, AutoCAD, and related tools.
