About the job

Targets & Profitability

• Support the Store Manager in achieving store and KPI targets in order to meet the overall organizational objectives

• Support the Store Manager in maintaining high levels of profitability through control of discounts, general expenses, stock-loss, sell-through in order to meet profitability targets

Operations & Administration

• Support the Store Manager in managing the operational side of the store as well as managing administrative areas such as staff scheduling, coordination with suppliers, contractors etc. to ensure the smooth running of the store

Customer Service & Relationship Management

• Provide exemplary customer service at all times by following policies, providing product information and adopting a friendly as well as courteous attitude towards customers, in order to establish and manage lasting relationships

Training

• Support the Store Manager in conducting technical training needs of the store staff to ensure that they are fully trained on products, customer service, policy requirements, etc.

Store Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff training and development

• Fostering client loyalty and expanding brand presence with a customer-centric attitude

Responsibilities

• Support the Management Team in achieving store and KPI targets in order to meet the overall organizational objectives

• Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability

• Hire, train, and assess store employee productivity and performance

• Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store

• Oversee stock and store operations

• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge in terms of designs, trends, quality-based issues, and availability to provide excellent customer service

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience

• 2+ years' store management experience

• Customer-centric with a positive attitude

• Knowledge of changes in fashion trends

أهداف وربحية:

• دعم مدير المتجر في تحقيق أهداف المتجر ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPI) للوصول إلى الأهداف العامة للمؤسسة.

• دعم مدير المتجر في الحفاظ على مستويات عالية من الربحية من خلال السيطرة على الخصومات والمصروفات العامة والخسائر في المخزون ونسبة البيع لضمان تحقيق أهداف الربحية.

العمليات والإدارة:

• دعم مدير المتجر في إدارة الجانب التشغيلي للمتجر بالإضافة إلى إدارة الجوانب الإدارية مثل جدولة الموظفين، والتنسيق مع الموردين والمقاولين لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة في المتجر.

خدمة العملاء وإدارة العلاقات:

• تقديم خدمة عملاء نموذجية في جميع الأوقات باتباع السياسات، وتقديم معلومات عن المنتجات، واعتماد سلوك ودود ولائق تجاه العملاء لضمان إقامة علاقات مستدامة معهم.

التدريب:

• دعم مدير المتجر في تلبية احتياجات التدريب الفني لموظفي المتجر لضمان تدريبهم الكامل على المنتجات، وخدمة العملاء، ومتطلبات السياسات، وغيرها.
