مهندس مدني - منسق المشروع

التصميم والهندسة:

إعداد التصاميم والمواصفات الهندسية التفصيلية للمشاريع المدنية.

إجراء دراسات الجدوى والتحقيقات في الموقع لإعلام عمليات التصميم.

ضمان الامتثال للمعايير واللوائح الهندسية ذات الصلة.

تنسيق المشروع:

تخطيط وتنظيم وتنسيق أنشطة البناء لضمان إكمال المشاريع في الوقت المحدد وضمن الميزانية.

التعاون مع المهندسين المعماريين والمقاولين وأصحاب المصلحة لتحديد الجداول الزمنية للمشروع والمنتجات النهائية.

راقب تقدم المشروع، وحدد المشكلات، وقم بتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية حسب الضرورة.

التوثيق والتقارير:

إعداد وصيانة وثائق المشروع، بما في ذلك العقود وأوامر التغيير والتقارير.
