1. MEP Engineer
Responsibilities:
Design and implement mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Coordinate with contractors and project teams for smooth execution.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in MEP design and site execution.
Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and engineering software.
2. Civil Engineer
Responsibilities:
Plan, design, and supervise construction projects including buildings and infrastructure.
Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports.
Ensure safety and quality compliance at all stages of construction.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management.

Estimator (Civil Infrastructure Projects) – Bahrain
A reputed construction company in Bahrain is urgently seeking an experienced Estimator (local or international) with a strong background in civil infrastructure and tendering operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and rate analysis for infrastructure projects (roads, drainage, utilities, etc.).
Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to identify project requirements.
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals within tender deadlines.
Work closely with project managers, planning, and procurement teams.
Maintain updated cost databases for materials, labor, and equipment.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in tendering and estimation (preferably in GCC).
Proven experience with Bahrain Tender Board processes and government tenders.
Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work under strict deadlines.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
إعداد تقديرات دقيقة للتكلفة، قوائم الكميات (BOQs)، وتحليل الأسعار لمشاريع البنية التحتية (طرق، صرف صحي، مرافق، إلخ).
مراجعة مستندات المناقصات، الرسومات والمواصفات لتحديد متطلبات المشروع.
التنسيق مع الموردين والمقاولين للحصول على عروض تنافسية.
إعداد وتقديم العروض الفنية والتجارية ضمن المواعيد النهائية للمناقصات.
العمل عن كثب مع مديري المشاريع وفريق التخطيط والمشتريات.
تحديث قواعد بيانات التكاليف للمواد والعمل والمعدات.
المتطلبات:
بكالوريوس/دبلوم في الهندسة المدنية أو المساحة الكمية (Quantity Surveying).
خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال التقديرات والمناقصات (يفضل في دول مجلس التعاون).
خبرة مثبتة في عمليات مناقصات مجلس المناقصات البحريني والمناقصات الحكومية.
إجادة MS Excel و AutoCAD وبرامج التقديرات.
مهارات تحليلية قوية والقدرة على العمل ضمن مواعيد نهائية صارمة.
