Job Description:
As a Sr. Specialist People Operations at Talabat, you’ll be at the heart of driving people strategies that enable business success.
Acting as the vital link between our business teams and Centers of Excellence (CoEs), you'll bring a full-circle HR experience—from partnering and performance to rewards and compliance.
You'll lead employee experience initiatives, manage high-impact projects, and help drive transformation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

360° HR Delivery: Provide end-to-end HR support across talent management, total rewards, performance, and local labor law compliance

Develop and execute local Communications, PA & CR strategies and plans with the regional team

Identify and leverage newsworthy opportunities for positive media coverage (editorial, pictorial, corporate, and consumer)

Understand and implement Public Affairs strategy with regional and local teams

Work with the regional corporate responsibility team to drive and execute local community initiatives in Bahrain
Qualifications – What Did We Order?

Minimum 7+ years of experience in Communications and/or Public Affairs with exposure to Corporate Responsibility

Agency and/or in-house experience preferred

Qualifications or experience in Journalism, Public Affairs, or Communications with CR knowledge
-
Must be bilingual: English and Arabic

Proven record of impactful Communications/PA/CR campaigns
-
Creativity, stamina, and hands-on idea execution
Account Manager
Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Logistics, Operations) to address partner needs and resolve issues

Ensure smooth onboarding, campaign execution, and issue resolution
Contract Management & Compliance:
-
Negotiate and renew commercial agreements
-
Ensure partners meet service-level agreements and maintain operational standards (delivery quality, availability)
Additional Information:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
-
2+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Partner Success (food tech, FMCG, e-commerce is a plus)

Strong analytical skills with dashboards and Excel/Google Sheets

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Team Lead Rider On Ground Ops
Job Description – What’s On Our Plate?

Manage day-to-day operations

Handle rider-related escalations and resolutions

Monitor and improve rider performance and compliance

Lead rider recruitment for allocated zones

Manage rider roster including shifts, breaks, and off-days

Groom rider quality (behavior, appearance, professionalism)

Prevent rider fraud and ensure professionalism, integrity, and compliance
