Diagnostic Technician

Location: Bahrain

Employment Type: Full-time, On-site (travel between business locations may be required)

Role Description:

The Diagnostic Technician is responsible for advanced vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and addressing complex electrical, mechanical, engine, and transmission issues across multiple brands. The role emphasizes precision, quality, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced diagnostics and vehicle maintenance tasks.

• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, engine, and transmission issues efficiently.

• Interpret diagnostic software data and perform programming tasks.

• Collaborate with team members and mentor junior technicians.

• Maintain clear communication with clients regarding vehicle conditions and service status.

• Ensure all work adheres to high standards of quality and precision.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive diagnostics.

• Multi-franchise automotive experience is desirable.

• Proficiency with advanced diagnostic software and equipment.

• Experience with luxury or high-performance automotive brands is preferred.

• Strong mechanical, electrical, engine, and transmission troubleshooting skills.

• Technical training, certifications, or degree in Automotive Technology or related field is preferred.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

فني تشخيص – Diagnostic Technician

نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل – العمل في الموقع (قد يتطلب السفر بين مواقع العمل المختلفة في البحرين)

وصف الدور الوظيفي

يقوم فني التشخيص بإجراء الفحوصات المتقدمة للمركبات، وأداء مهام الصيانة، وحل المشكلات الكهربائية والميكانيكية والمعقدة المتعلقة بالمحرك وناقل الحركة عبر علامات تجارية متعددة.

المسؤوليات تشمل:

• تفسير بيانات وبرامج أجهزة التشخيص المتقدمة للمركبات.

• تحديد وحل المشكلات بشكل فعّال ودقيق.

• ضمان أعلى معايير الدقة والجودة في خدمات الصيانة.

• التعاون الوثيق مع أعضاء الفريق والإشراف على الفنيين الجدد أو تقديم الإرشاد لهم عند الحاجة.

• التواصل مع العملاء لشرح حالة المركبات بشكل واضح واحترافي.

• تقديم خدمة عملاء ممتازة تلبي توقعات الجودة.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات

• إجادة استخدام أدوات وبرامج تشخيص المركبات المتقدمة وطرق حل المشكلات.

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في التشخيص وصيانة المركبات.

• خبرة في التعامل مع أكثر من علامة تجارية (Multi-Franchise) تعتبر ميزة.

• خبرة في صيانة المركبات، خصوصًا السيارات الفاخرة وعالية الأداء.

• مهارات قوية في التواصل وخدمة العملاء لشرح المعلومات التقنية بوضوح.

• دقة ومهارة في العمل لضمان جودة عالية في كل جوانب المهام.

• الحصول على شهادات أو تدريب فني أو درجة علمية في تقنية السيارات أو مجال ذي صلة يعتبر ميزة.

• خبرة في التعامل مع المشكلات الميكانيكية والكهربائية والمحرك وناقل الحركة تعتبر ميزة كبيرة.

• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية ضرورية، وإجادة اللغة العربية تعتبر إضافة.
