Information Technology Assistant (Bahraini)
Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Riffa for an Information Technology Assistant. The IT Assistant will provide technical support to staff and students, troubleshoot software and hardware issues, and ensure the smooth functionality of IT systems and devices. Additional responsibilities include maintaining and providing support for printers, assisting with network connectivity, and addressing any technology-related concerns across the school. The IT Assistant will work closely with the IT team to uphold high standards of technological infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Information Technology to maintain and troubleshoot systems effectively
- Skills in Printer Support and Troubleshooting for resolving hardware and software issues
- Strong Analytical Skills to diagnose and solve technical problems efficiently and effectively
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and provide support to users
- Relevant certifications or a degree in Information Technology or related fields is preferred
- Experience in educational environments or supporting IT infrastructure in schools is advantageous
