Description / Role Scope:
Oversee performance and operations across multiple branches within a district
Ensure seamless fulfillment processes across different locations and retailers
Work closely with store supervisors to evaluate, develop, and ensure fulfillment processes and workflow are followed
Supervise the shopper process of daily orders, including picking, segregation, and packing
Monitor work schedules for shoppers
Supervise the team in processing orders and resolving customer complaints (e.g., wrong picking)
Monitor operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient processing of delivery orders, control of damages/errors, and high customer service levels
Assist in coaching and training new employees (store supervisors)
Ensure adherence of shoppers to agreed processes and policies
Requirements:
3–4 years previous experience in order fulfillment and management of pickers
1–2 years experience in operations within grocery stores
Well organized, able to multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment
Open-minded; seeks creative ways to accomplish tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
