About the Job:

Role Purpose:

The hostess is responsible for greeting customers as they arrive and leave, ensuring they have an excellent dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule dining reservations, arrange parties or special services for diners, and inform the Manager to coordinate preparations.

• Greet arriving customers with a friendly approach, seat them, and provide menus while waiting for the waiter/waitress.

• Inspect serving stations in the dining area to ensure neatness and cleanliness.

• Direct and instruct waiters/waitresses on customer needs to ensure fast and quality service.

• Prepare the workstation, maintain an organized reservation book, and ensure menus are clean, free of spots or stains, and complete.

Qualifications:

• High School Degree.

• 1 year of experience in a similar role.

• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities:
