Mechanical Technicians
Responsibilities:
-
Perform daily routine maintenance activities for chemical dosing pumps and tanks, including Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Corrective/Breakdown Maintenance, Troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis of failures.
-
Supply equipment spares and materials for all Mechanical Assets of the Chemical System Dosing Packages.
-
Conduct regular inspection and maintenance of the Chemical Injection System and make required adjustments as per supervisor instructions.
-
Check the running condition of each equipment and make adjustments to ensure performance within design operation and maintenance limits.
Electrical Technician
Responsibilities:
-
Perform Preventive and Predictive Maintenance activities on electrical motors and assets.
-
Conduct visual inspections, noting abnormalities such as overheating, corrosion, physical damage, mounting, foundations, anchor bolts, terminal boxes, terminals, grounding, and fan condition.
-
Report findings and perform corrective actions as required.
-
Check for abnormal noise, measure bearing temperature, and vibration as needed.

Perform minor corrective work on electrical motors, including but not limited to:

Connection/disconnection
-
Tightening motor grounding and cable connections

Tightening terminal boxes
-
Cleaning motors, fans, fan covers, and grease nipples

Troubleshooting

Installation or replacement of motors

Lead Field Service Rep
Responsibilities:

Provide routine service support to Sales Representatives in strategic district accounts to execute agreed-upon customer system assurance and continuous improvement plans.

Assist Sales Representatives with plant surveys of prospective customers.

Support Sales Representatives with start-ups of new applications for both existing and new accounts.
-
Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in the strategic district accounts where you provide service support to other District Sales Representatives.

Provide technical support to customers by identifying and resolving challenges, escalating as required.
-
Engage in problem solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data, and providing written recommendations to ensure optimal performance of customer operations.

Actively support Nalco innovations and technology in strategic district accounts.

Perform maintenance and repairs on equipment for other District Sales Representatives.

District Representative III – ES
