Requirements

• Minimum High School education.
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
• Previous experience in the service industry is preferred but not essential.
• Professional, customer-oriented approach with the ability to remain composed in challenging situations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and passengers from various cultural backgrounds.
• Ability to meet physical and medical requirements, including safety and emergency procedures.
• Ability to swim and meet grooming/uniform standards in line with Gulf Air’s image and service quality.
