Power BI Expert – Freelance | Project-Based
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports for business stakeholders

Integrate and model data from multiple sources to create unified datasets
-
Design and implement efficient data models and schemas to support analytical requirements
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, understand, and translate business requirements into BI solutions
-
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across reports and dashboards
-
Apply SDLC and DDLC methodologies for structured BI development and delivery
Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology, Computer Applications, or related field (B.Tech / M.Tech / BCA / MCA)

Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence

Proven expertise in Microsoft Power BI and SQL
-
Strong proficiency in data modeling, DAX functions, and Excel
-
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
-
Basic understanding of IT operations, including software setup, troubleshooting, and networking

Prior experience working with Finance and Audit teams is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all maintenance activities across properties to ensure efficient execution of repairs and upkeep

Develop and implement a proactive preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan

Supervise and mentor a team of maintenance personnel including masons, carpenters, and technicians

Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs, prioritize tasks, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Ensure all maintenance work adheres to safety regulations and company policies

Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels

Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, budgets, and expenditures, providing regular updates to management
Qualifications:

Engineering background or equivalent experience in maintenance management

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a maintenance environment
