Civil Engineer

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in waterproofing and thermal insulation works, along with strong project management and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and manage on-site and off-site civil engineering activities

• Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and technical documentation

• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and ensure timely completion within budget

• Oversee waterproofing and thermal insulation works, ensuring compliance with approved materials and methods

• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to resolve technical and execution-related issues

• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, company standards, and local authority requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.Tech) in Civil Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction, with expertise in waterproofing and thermal insulation systems

• Valid Bahrain Driving License

• Strong on-site/off-site management and coordination skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

• Fluency in English, Hindi, Arabic, and Malayalam

• CRPEP License is an added advantage

Qualifications: B.Ed., ECE, DECE, Diploma in Montessori, or similar qualification

Experience: 1–2 years teaching preschool children

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities based on the Kangaroo Kids International Preschool framework

• Create a nurturing, stimulating, and safe learning environment for young children

• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere supporting emotional, social, and cognitive development

• Observe and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents and caregivers

• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience

Important Skills

• Excellent command of English (speaking & writing)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

نبحث عن مهندس مدني مؤهل وذو خبرة للانضمام إلى فريقنا في البحرين. يجب أن يكون لدى المرشح المثالي خلفية قوية في أعمال العزل المائي والعزل الحراري، إلى جانب مهارات قوية في إدارة وتنسيق المشاريع.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• الإشراف وتنسيق وإدارة الأنشطة الهندسية المدنية في الموقع وخارجه.

• مراجعة وتفسير الرسومات والمواصفات الفنية والوثائق الخاصة بالمشروع.

• متابعة تقدم المشروع، إعداد التقارير، وضمان إكماله في الوقت المحدد وضمن الميزانية.

• الإشراف على أعمال العزل المائي والعزل الحراري وضمان الالتزام بالمواد والأساليب المعتمدة.

• التنسيق مع الاستشاريين والعملاء والمقاولين الفرعيين لحل القضايا الفنية والتنفيذية.

• ضمان الالتزام بلوائح السلامة ومعايير الشركة ومتطلبات السلطات المحلية.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات:

• درجة البكالوريوس (B.Tech) في الهندسة المدنية أو ما يعادلها.

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في البناء المدني، مع خبرة محددة في أنظمة العزل المائي والعزل الحراري.

• رخصة قيادة بحرينية سارية.

• مهارات قوية في الإدارة والتنسيق داخل وخارج الموقع.

• مهارات اتصال وقدرات شخصية ممتازة.

المهارات المفضلة:

• إجادة برنامج AutoCAD.

• معرفة عملية بتطبيقات Microsoft Office.

• الطلاقة في اللغات الإنجليزية، الهندية، العربية، والملايالام.

• امتلاك رخصة CRPEP ميزة إضافية.
