الوصف الوظيفي:

بصفتك مشرف مبيعات في شركة Vavant، ستكون مسؤولاً عن قيادة فريق المبيعات لتحقيق نمو الإيرادات وتحقيق أهداف المبيعات. تشمل مسؤولياتك الرئيسية الإشراف على العمليات اليومية، وتقديم التوجيه والدعم للفريق، وتطوير استراتيجيات المبيعات، وضمان رضا العملاء.

المهام الرئيسية:

• قيادة وتحفيز وتوجيه فريق المبيعات لتحقيق الأهداف الشهرية والسنوية.

• تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات مبيعات فعالة ومبادرات تسويقية.

• مراقبة الأداء البيعي وتتبع المؤشرات لضمان تحقيق الأهداف.

• إدارة علاقات العملاء وضمان تقديم خدمة عالية الجودة.

• تنظيم جلسات تدريب منتظمة لتحسين مهارات الفريق وأدائه.

المؤهلات:

• خبرة مثبتة في مجال المبيعات، لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في دور إشرافي أو إداري.

• مهارات قيادية واتصال قوية.

• القدرة على تحقيق النتائج وتجاوز الأهداف البيعية.

• مهارات تنظيمية عالية والانتباه للتفاصيل.

• إجادة استخدام برامج إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM) وحزمة MS Office.

• إتقان اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.
