Job Summary:
Responsible for assisting in the safe and efficient operation of the plant to support production targets. Perform routine operational tasks under supervision, ensuring compliance with safety and procedural standards. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to maintain reliable and trouble-free operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in operating and monitoring process equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Monitor and record equipment operational parameters, reporting abnormalities to Supervisors or CRO.

Support system start-ups and shutdowns as directed by supervisor.

Support and perform mechanical and instrument jobs as directed by supervisor.

Assist in pressurizing and depressurizing equipment and pipelines when required.

Regularly check pressure, delta pressure, temperature, and level gauges, reporting irregularities to CRO.

Follow established O&M instructions and supervisor directions to maintain stable plant operations and optimize production.

Perform troubleshooting to restart compressors after unexpected shutdowns under supervisor instructions.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum technical degree in Industrial Processes, Chemical, Petroleum, or equivalent.

0–2 years of experience in a similar role within the Oil & Gas sector.

Familiarity with plant equipment, processes, and ongoing operational activities.

General troubleshooting, problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of Plant PFDs, P&IDs, drawings, Cause & Effect matrix, and Fire & Gas detection systems.

Basic knowledge of Maintenance Management System methodology (Work orders, Preventive/Corrective/Predictive Maintenance).

Computer proficiency is mandatory; good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite required.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; good command of English (written and spoken), Arabic is an asset.

Job Summary:
Responsible for assisting in performing assigned maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization tasks on mechanical equipment in compliance with company procedures to achieve availability and reliability targets. Maintain effective communication with the Supervisor and Operations Team to ensure safe, reliable, and trouble-free facility operation.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in performing planned and unplanned maintenance activities on rotating and static mechanical equipment, including engines, compressors, turbines, and pumps.

Assist in troubleshooting and recommend actions to prevent equipment failures.

Handle and maintain tools and equipment used for maintenance activities.

Identify and report unsafe conditions to supervisors.

Create work orders in SAP as directed and relay required information to planners for CMMS/SAP updates.
