Helper - Warehouse

 Duties & Responsibilities:

Receive incoming materials and goods and verifying that they are undamaged and of sound quality.

Weight and count received items.

Assist warehouse staff in retrieving specified materials and goods from storage as per the delivery or shipping orders.

Prepare materials and goods for delivery or shipping by packaging and labelling them accordingly.

Move all outgoing materials and goods to the delivery area.

Ensure that all materials and goods are properly secured in the delivery vehicles to prevent damage during transit.

Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials and goods.

Utilize warehouse lift equipment to load and unload materials and goods as well as move, lift, or stack materials and goods as needed.

 Position: Driver - Heavy Duty Vehicle

Job Description

Responsible for loading, transporting, and delivering items to the customers or clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.

Perform pre-trip inspections of vehicle, equipment, paperwork and loaded product.

Ensure all delivery loads are stacked, padded, and properly secured.

Load vehicle / truck with packed orders, sorting and organizing products and materials in way to easily locate the loaded items in the vehicle.

Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the quantity and charges are correct, and the customer / client is satisfied.

Deliver all orders, including materials and products to customers / clients in a timely and courteous manner.

Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and handling complaints from customers and clients.

Adhere to assigned routes and following time schedules.

Check in with customer / client either by phone or text at each designated account to announce arrival and serve as company liaison for the customer / client.

Ensures all signatures are received in the printed challans and electronic devices when making deliveries.

Communicates with branch head or store in charge if any issues arise.

Maintain all the required documents like Istimara (Ownership), Meezan Card (For Trucks only), Insurance copy, Driving License, Iqama, etc.in the vehicle all the time.

Reply properly and present all the required documents to Government Authorities at the time of inspection.

Maintain all the trip details in a log book and communicate with branch head and store in charge regarding the trips on daily basis.

Document and keep records of all driving expenses, such as fuel and tolls, emergency repairs, as well as a report on distances covered.

Assist in warehouse operations as and when needed.

Loading and unloading of materials at warehouse / stores and at customer / Client site.

Abide by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.

Prepare reports and other documents relating to deliveries.

 الواجبات والمسؤوليات:

استلام المواد والبضائع الواردة والتأكد من سلامتها وسلامتها وجودتها.

وزن وعدد العناصر المستلمة.

مساعدة موظفي المستودعات في استرجاع المواد والبضائع المحددة من المخزن وفقًا لأوامر التسليم أو الشحن.

تحضير المواد والبضائع للتسليم أو الشحن عن طريق تعبئتها ووضع العلامات عليها وفقًا لذلك.

نقل جميع المواد والبضائع الصادرة إلى منطقة التسليم.

تأكد من تأمين جميع المواد والبضائع بشكل صحيح في مركبات التسليم لمنع حدوث أي ضرر أثناء النقل.

الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لجميع المواد والبضائع الواردة والصادرة.

استخدام معدات رفع المستودعات لتحميل وتفريغ المواد والبضائع وكذلك نقل المواد والبضائع أو رفعها أو تكديسها حسب الحاجة.

المسؤول عن تحميل ونقل وتسليم العناصر للعملاء أو العملاء أو الشركات بطريقة آمنة وفي الوقت المناسب.

تأكد من أن جميع أحمال التسليم مكدسة ومبطنة ومؤمنة بشكل صحيح.

تحميل السيارة / الشاحنة بالطلبات المعبأة، وفرز وتنظيم المنتجات والمواد بطريقة تسهل تحديد العناصر المحملة في السيارة.

مراجعة الطلبات قبل وبعد التسليم للتأكد من اكتمال الطلبات وصحة الكمية والرسوم ورضا العميل / العميل.

توصيل جميع الطلبات بما في ذلك المواد والمنتجات إلى العملاء / العملاء في الوقت المناسب وبطريقة مهذبة.

تقديم خدمة عملاء ممتازة، والإجابة على الأسئلة، ومعالجة شكاوى العملاء والزبائن.

الالتزام بالطرق المخصصة واتباع الجداول الزمنية.

التواصل مع العميل / العميل إما عن طريق الهاتف أو الرسائل النصية في كل حساب محدد للإعلان عن الوصول والعمل كحلقة وصل بين الشركة والعميل / العميل.

احتفظ بجميع المستندات المطلوبة مثل الاستمارة (الملكية)، بطاقة الميزان (للشاحنات فقط)، نسخة التأمين، رخصة القيادة، الإقامة، وما إلى ذلك في السيارة طوال الوقت.

الرد بشكل صحيح وتقديم جميع المستندات المطلوبة إلى السلطات الحكومية في وقت التفتيش.

الاحتفاظ بجميع تفاصيل الرحلة في سجل الرحلات والتواصل مع رئيس الفرع والمسؤول عن المتجر فيما يتعلق بالرحلات على أساس يومي.

توثيق وحفظ سجلات لجميع نفقات القيادة، مثل الوقود والرسوم، والإصلاحات الطارئة، بالإضافة إلى تقرير عن المسافات المقطوعة.

المساعدة في عمليات المستودعات حسب الحاجة.

تحميل وتفريغ المواد في المستودعات / المخازن وفي موقع العميل / العميل.

الالتزام بجميع قوانين النقل والحفاظ على سجل القيادة الآمنة.

إعداد التقارير والوثائق الأخرى المتعلقة بالتسليمات.
