Requirements:

Nationality: Bahraini

Bachelors Degree in Accounting / Finance or relevant.

1-2 Years Experience in Accounting

Excellent Communication skills.

Experience with accounting software and data entry.

Excellent understanding of accounting rules and procedures.

Ability to work independently Analytical skills.

Business Analyst (Bahraini Only)

Key Responsibilities

Analyze existing systems and procedures for efficiency and effectiveness

Develop block diagrams, system workflows, and user documentation

Participate in new system installations and system enhancements

Identify and recommend improvements to business processes and software applications

Support troubleshooting of technical issues and recommend modifications

Analyze and verify data integrity across systems

Write and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and reports

Assist in designing functional specs and participating in project planning

Contracts & Collections Executive Officer (Bahraini Only)

 Contract Review & Legal Coordination

Draft, review, and revise a wide range of agreements, including Supplier contracts , Customer agreements ,Subcontractor agreements or Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)

Ensure contractual terms comply with company policies and legal standards.

Liaise with internal stakeholders and corporate legal counsel on contract clarifications or disputes.

Maintain and organize a central repository of all active and archived contracts.

Monitor key contract milestones (e.g., expiries, renewals, and obligations).

تحليل الأنظمة والإجراءات الحالية لتحقيق الكفاءة والفعالية

تطوير المخططات الكتلية وسير عمل النظام ووثائق المستخدم

المشاركة في تثبيتات النظام الجديدة وتحسينات النظام

تحديد التحسينات والتوصية بها لعمليات الأعمال وتطبيقات البرامج
