OFFICER - AIRPORT ACCESS CONTROL

Job Purpose:

Handle all Airport Access Control activities to ensure compliance with Aviation Security requirements, supporting relevant BIA stakeholders and facilitating regulated movements for non-passenger personnel.

Key Accountabilities:

• Ensure day-to-day Airport Access Control operations comply with security requirements

• Process, obtain clearance, and approve airport security passes, airside driving licenses, vehicle permits, and keys

• Respond to inquiries via mail, phone, email, or in-person

• Maintain and report on Security KPIs including incidents, findings, and improvement recommendations

DUTY OFFICER - AVIATION SECURITY OPERATIONS

Job Purpose:

Monitor and assess security measures at BIA according to ICAO, BCAA, and BAC Security Department standards. Perform security monitoring, access control, incident reporting, and assist with passenger flow management.

Key Accountabilities:

• Perform aviation security tasks and monitor compliance with the Airport Security Program

• Attend daily security meetings to address issues

• Patrol airside and landside areas, reporting vulnerabilities

• Ensure compliance with international security standards, including passenger/baggage screening, cargo security, and staff screening

DEMAND AND FLIGHT ANALYST

Main Objectives:

Maximize unit revenue and profitability by managing demand forecasting, overbooking strategies, and monitoring route/flight performance.

Main Duties:

• Develop and implement inventory strategies aligned with financial goals

• Manage short-term and long-term demand forecasting, analyzing competition, schedules, and fares

• Monitor performance of special event periods to extract maximum value

• Identify and adjust issues in the Revenue Management system to maximize network revenue

• Monitor flight level performance, flag opportunities, and coordinate with Pricing and Groups teams for demand management strategies

• تشغيل نظام مراقبة الوصول للمطار والتأكد من الالتزام بالإجراءات الأمنية.

• مراجعة السجلات والمستندات ذات الصلة بالمهام.

• إصدار تصاريح أمنية ورخص قيادة للمركبات داخل المطار.

• متابعة استفسارات البريد والهاتف والبريد الإلكتروني والتواصل الداخلي والخارجي.

المسؤوليات:

• تطوير استراتيجيات المخزون وضمان توافقها مع الأهداف المالية للشركة.

• استخدام نظام إدارة الإيرادات لتحديد القضايا واتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة لتعظيم الإيرادات.
