ICT Technician

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled ICT Technician to install, support, and maintain hardware and software infrastructure. The ideal candidate will handle networking, telecommunication devices, and security systems while providing efficient solutions for client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, support, and maintain hardware and software infrastructure, including routers, switches, IP addressing, access points, and firewalls

• Troubleshoot and install LAN and WAN infrastructure

• Design and redesign networks for different sites and branches

• Configure networking devices, user accounts, permissions, and passwords (remote and onsite)

• Make firewall and router configuration changes as per business requirements

• Visit sites when needed to solve problems regarding communicating devices

• Inspect and service telecommunication devices regularly

• Apply basic electrical and electronic knowledge to infrastructure tasks

• Conduct site surveys and document network changes, updating diagrams accordingly

• Oversee security of all systems and perform network security design and integration

• Provide network documentation

• Understand client requirements and cater to their needs

• Ensure proper installation and connectivity of all equipment, including servers and network products

• Manage relationships with key network and telecom vendors

• Collaborate with colleagues to meet team goals and improve processes

• Diagnose problems and solve issues, often under time constraints

• Perform regular security monitoring to identify possible intrusions

• Perform other duties as assigned, essential to the job

• Driving license preferred

نبحث عن فني ICT ماهر لدعم وصيانة البنية التحتية للأجهزة والبرامج وضمان عمل الشبكات بكفاءة وفق أفضل الممارسات.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• تركيب ودعم وصيانة الأجهزة والبرامج، بما في ذلك أجهزة التوجيه، المحولات، عناوين IP، نقاط الوصول، وجدران الحماية.

• العمل على استكشاف الأعطال وتركيب بنية LAN وWAN.

• تصميم وإعادة تصميم الشبكات لمواقع الشركة وفروعها.

• إعداد التكوينات عن بُعد وفي الموقع للأجهزة الشبكية، حسابات المستخدمين، الصلاحيات، وكلمات المرور.

• تعديل إعدادات جدران الحماية وأجهزة التوجيه وفق متطلبات العمل.

• زيارة المواقع عند الحاجة لحل مشكلات الأجهزة الاتصالية.

• فحص وصيانة أجهزة الاتصالات بشكل دوري.

• امتلاك معرفة أساسية بالكهرباء والإلكترونيات.

• إجراء مسوحات للمواقع عند الضرورة وتوثيق تغييرات الشبكة وتحديث المخططات.

• مراقبة أمن جميع الأنظمة.

• توفير وثائق الشبكة.

• فهم متطلبات العملاء لتلبية احتياجاتهم المناسبة.

• متابعة تركيب المنتجات المختلفة بكفاءة في مواقع العملاء.

• التأكد من توصيل جميع الأجهزة بما في ذلك الخوادم ومنتجات الشبكة الأخرى.

• إدارة علاقات مع الموردين الرئيسيين للشبكات والاتصالات.

• التعاون مع الزملاء لتحقيق أهداف الفريق وتحسين العمليات والممارسات.

• تصميم وتكامل أمن الشبكات.

• تشخيص المشكلات وحلها، غالبًا تحت ضغط الوقت.

• متابعة المراقبة الأمنية بشكل دوري للكشف عن أي اختراقات محتملة.

• أداء مهام أخرى حسب التكليف، بعضها قد يكون أساسيًا للوظيفة.
