Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Salesperson to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer service and a strong desire to achieve sales targets. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

• Good communication skills in English. Preference for candidates with Arabic, Malayalam, and Tamil.

• Draft and send emails in English.

• Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by answering questions and addressing concerns.

• Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals and objectives.

• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.

Qualifications:
