Details
Plan, coordinate, and monitor all shipment and transportation activities to ensure the efficient and timely movement of goods for Havelock One Interiors’ projects. Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Production/Setting-out, Planning, Stores, and Packing) and transport providers to ensure smooth delivery while complying with all regulations.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and track domestic and international shipments to meet project timelines
- Arrange transportation for inbound and outbound goods, including land, sea, and air freight
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transport companies to manage schedules and bookings
Requirements
- Proven logistics coordination experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of shipment and transportation regulations
Quality Controller – Havelock One Interiors
Details
Review, evaluate, and analyze manufacturing environments, design programs and procedures to control and maintain/improve pre-defined quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop quality systems, including policies, procedures, and manuals
- Ensure proper implementation of the quality systems in the workplace
- Identify potential quality lapses and take preventive measures
- Establish criteria & standards for testing with approval from Production department head
- Define and manage all testing processes and resources to achieve quality standards
Requirements
- Experience in quality control and systems implementation
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to implement preventive measures and continuous improvements
Design & Technical Manager
Details
Oversee assigned projects, ensuring efficient execution, guidance, coordination, and adherence to client expectations and timelines.
Responsibilities
- Guide the setting out team through execution strategy, material submissions, procurement, shop drawings, prototyping, and manufacturing delivery
- Manage project schedules, review shop drawings, and address client expectations
- Check material details, obtain clearance for variations, and oversee material procurement
- Interpret project specifications, identify material requirements, and provide technical guidance
- Continuously improve processes to achieve better efficiency
Requirements
- Proven experience in FF&E and joinery project management
- Strong technical insight and project leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure process efficiency
Jr. Estimator
Details
Work closely with consultants, contractors, accountants, and operations personnel to provide accurate financial and budget analysis.
Responsibilities
- Receive contract enquiries and assess suitability within the business
- Maintain necessary databases in line with QA procedures
- Send out enquiries to the supply chain to obtain the best pricing

- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Knowledge of construction or interior project estimation

Details
Responsible for reviewing project details and preparing project drawing schedules as per instructions from the Setting Out Manager.

- Prepare project drawings schedule and coordinate with the setting out team
- Support project execution and alignment with technical and design requirements
