Hiring – Lathe Machine Operator
Quantity Surveyor / Estimator for Steel Fabrication Works or Building Finishing Works
Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
Manage all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects
Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor quotes and pricing
Prepare interim and final payment applications
Track project progress against budgets and forecast project costs
Conduct risk, value management, and cost control
Attend site meetings and liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants
Support procurement and manage variations and change orders
Ensure compliance with legal and quality standards
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
Experience: Minimum five years of relevant experience in building finishing work or steel fabrication
Skills:
Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

حضور اجتماعات الموقع والتنسيق مع العملاء، المقاولين، والاستشاريين
دعم قسم المشتريات وإدارة التغييرات والطلبات الإضافية
ضمان الامتثال للمعايير القانونية وجودة العمل
المتطلبات
المؤهل العلمي: بكالوريوس في مساح الكميات، الهندسة المدنية، أو مجال ذي صلة
الخبرة: لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في أعمال التشطيبات أو تصنيع الصلب
المهارات:
إجادة استخدام MS Excel و MS Word
مهارات تحليلية، تفاوضية، واتصال قوية
