Senior Finishing Painter – Interior Fit-Out

We are a well-established interior fit-out contracting company with decades of expertise delivering high-quality residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. We are hiring a Senior Finishing Painter on a project basis, with the potential for long-term collaboration.

The Ideal Candidate:

A Filipino national with proven senior-level painting and finishing experience, capable of leading and supervising a team of painters while also executing high-standard finishes personally. This role requires leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver flawless finishes under tight schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Surface Preparation & Finishing:

  • Prepare all surfaces (walls, ceilings, woodwork, joinery, etc.) before painting or finishing

  • Apply high-quality finishing coats (paint, polish, decorative finishes, textures, etc.) with precision

  • Identify and correct defects (cracks, uneven surfaces, dampness, etc.) before final application

• Supervision & Team Leadership:

  • Lead and manage a team of junior painters

  • Provide training and guidance to maintain consistent workmanship standards

  • Conduct inspections and ensure corrective actions are taken

• Quality Assurance & Compliance:

  • Deliver flawless finishes with no visible streaks or imperfections

  • Ensure efficient use of materials and compliance with safety protocols

• Coordination & Reporting:

  • Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and other trades

  • Report daily progress, manpower performance, and material requirements

  • Suggest improvements or alternative finishing solutions

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 7–10 years of painting/finishing experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role

• Expertise in decorative finishes, textured paints, faux finishes, feature walls, wood polish/varnish, enamel, emulsion, and lacquer finishes

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver premium-grade finishes

• Strong leadership and communication skills

نحن شركة مقاولات ديكور داخلي راسخة بخبرة تمتد لعقود في تنفيذ مشاريع سكنية وتجارية وفندقية عالية الجودة. نبحث عن رسام تشطيبات أول للعمل معنا على أساس مشروع، مع إمكانية التعاون طويل الأمد.

المتقدم المثالي:

يفضل أن يكون المتقدم فلبيني الجنسية ولديه خبرة مثبتة في أعمال الدهانات والتشطيبات على مستوى عالٍ، مع القدرة على قيادة والإشراف على فريق من الدهانين، إضافة إلى تنفيذ التشطيبات النهائية بنفسه بجودة عالية. يشترط امتلاك مهارات قيادية، ودقة في التفاصيل، والقدرة على إنجاز العمل بإتقان ضمن جداول زمنية ضيقة.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• إعداد الأسطح والتشطيب:

  • تجهيز جميع الأسطح (جدران، أسقف، أعمال خشبية، نجارة… إلخ) قبل الدهان أو التشطيب.

  • تطبيق طبقات نهائية عالية الجودة (دهان، تلميع، تشطيبات ديكورية، مؤثرات، إلخ).

  • معالجة العيوب مثل التشققات وعدم استواء السطح والرطوبة قبل التشطيب النهائي.

• الإشراف وقيادة الفريق:

  • قيادة فريق من الدهانين وتوزيع المهام ومتابعة التقدم.

  • تقديم التدريب والإرشاد لضمان جودة العمل.

  • إجراء الفحص الدوري للتأكد من جودة التشطيب واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية عند الحاجة.

• ضمان الجودة والالتزام:

  • تحقيق أعلى معايير التشطيب بدون عيوب أو تفاوت في الألوان.

  • الاستخدام الأمثل للمواد والأدوات.

  • الالتزام بجميع معايير السلامة في موقع العمل.

• التنسيق والتقارير:

  • التنسيق مع المهندسين ومديري المشاريع والفرق الأخرى.

  • إعداد تقارير يومية عن سير العمل وأداء العمال والمواد المطلوبة.

المؤهلات والمهارات المطلوبة:
