Lead, mentor, and supervise reception staff including training, scheduling, and performance management. Oversee daily reception desk operations to ensure efficiency and professionalism.
Experience in reception or front-office supervision, strong leadership and organizational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and attention to detail.
Communications Project Specialist
