Civil Quantity Surveyor in Bahrain

About the Role
We are looking for a Civil Quantity Surveyor to review construction plans, prepare tender and contract documents, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and within budget. This role involves close collaboration with clients, architects, contractors, and site managers.

Responsibilities

• Review construction plans and prepare quantity requirements
• Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with architects and clients
• Monitor maintenance and material costs, and evaluate contracts to ensure cost efficiency
• Liaise with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors
• Prepare reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessments, and other project documentation
• Advise managers and clients on improvements and new strategies
• Track materials and manage procurement when required
• Document design changes and update budgets accordingly
• Travel from the office to various sites as needed

المسؤوليات

• مراجعة خطط البناء وإعداد متطلبات الكميات
• إعداد مستندات العطاءات والعقود، بما في ذلك فواتير الكميات مع المهندسين المعماريين والعملاء
• مراقبة تكاليف الصيانة والمواد، وتقييم العقود لضمان كفاءة التكلفة
• التواصل مع مديري الموقع والعملاء والمقاولين والمقاولين من الباطن
• إعداد التقارير والتحليلات والعقود والميزانيات وتقييمات المخاطر وغيرها من وثائق المشروع
