Ramp Agent

Your Tasks:

• Conduct daily equipment checks and report faulty and damaged equipment to the Airside Supervisor

• Operate GSE safely in line with the Airside Ground Operations Manual (AGOM)

• Prepare all aprons for DHL and DHL-handled arriving and departing flights

• Maintain constant communication with Airside Supervisor

• Report issues or problems that could lead to operational delays

• Safely operate various types of equipment (GSE) for loading and unloading aircraft

• Ensure material entering or leaving the warehouse is placed in the correct destination/container area

• Load and offload all aircraft containers and vehicles within the given time frame

• Demonstrate safe driving skills when moving material on ramp and airside areas

• Practice good handling techniques when loading/unloading loose shipments

Storekeeper

Your Tasks:

• Maintain stores and inventory in a neat, logical, and easily identifiable manner

• Receive and bring into stores all incoming parts and materials

• Carry out receiving procedures for all airworthy spares as described in company procedures

• Assist in stock checking and computer-updating of inventory

• Pack, ship, and document all outgoing parts and materials

• Coordinate receiving and shipping of engines, including wrapping/unwrapping

• Issue parts in Trax from stock to correct work order and restock unused parts

• Ensure all checked-out/in tools are properly recorded in Trax

• Maintain record of photographs of all shipments delivered or sent for warranty claims

Your Tasks:

• Ensure aircraft maintenance is performed to the highest standards and in compliance with applicable approved data

• Communicate shift information to supervisors and succeeding shifts to maintain continuity and safety

• Requisition parts from stores, ensure serviceability, complete tags, and return parts properly

• Ensure all maintenance documentation is properly completed

• Keep up to date on regulations, Service Bulletins, Airworthiness Directives, manufacturer’s service letters, and other publications

• Ensure safety precautions and practices are followed by personnel under supervision

• Operate and maintain company-owned/operated maintenance and ground support equipment safely

• Keep all line maintenance areas neat and tools controlled

• Act on behalf of Line Supervisor or Line Manager as required

• طلب الأجزاء من المخزن وضمان صلاحيتها، وإكمال الوثائق والنماذج المطلوبة.

• التأكد من أن جميع الوثائق المتعلقة بالصيانة مكتملة وصحيحة.

• متابعة جميع اللوائح، النشرات الفنية، تعليمات السلامة وخطابات الخدمة من الشركة المصنعة.

• التأكد من اتباع معايير السلامة لجميع الموظفين تحت إشرافه والإبلاغ عن أي مخاطر.

• الحفاظ على معدات الصيانة والدعم الأرضي آمنة وصالحة للاستخدام.
