Marble Polishing Technician Needed

Job Purpose:

To professionally perform marble polishing and grinding tasks using specialized equipment and materials to achieve high-quality finishing, shine, and surface preservation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform marble polishing and grinding using manual and automatic machines

• Clean marble surfaces before, during, and after polishing

• Apply chemicals and polishing materials safely and correctly

• Repair minor surface defects like scratches, stains, and small cracks

• Maintain and clean polishing equipment regularly

• Follow safety procedures and guidelines

• Report on equipment condition and material usage

• Communicate professionally with clients and explain the process when needed

Required Skills:

• Previous experience in marble polishing preferred (training can be provided)

• Good knowledge of different types of marble and floor surfaces

• Ability to handle polishing machines and equipment

• Attention to detail and precision

• Commitment to punctuality and ability to work under pressure

• Good communication skills with team and clients

Qualifications:

• No university degree required

• Certificate or training course in marble polishing or related field preferred

الغرض من الوظيفة:

أداء مهني لأعمال تلميع وصقل الرخام باستخدام معدات متخصصة ومواد مناسبة لتحقيق تشطيب عالي الجودة، لمعان، والحفاظ على السطح.

المهام الرئيسية:

• تلميع وصقل الرخام باستخدام آلات يدوية وآلية

• تنظيف أسطح الرخام قبل وأثناء وبعد التلميع

• تطبيق المواد الكيميائية ومواد التلميع بشكل آمن وصحيح

• إصلاح العيوب السطحية الصغيرة مثل الخدوش والبقع والشقوق الصغيرة

• صيانة وتنظيف جميع معدات التلميع بانتظام

• اتباع إجراءات السلامة خلال جميع الأعمال

• تقديم تقارير منتظمة عن حالة المعدات واستهلاك المواد

• التواصل المهني مع العملاء وشرح سير العمل عند الحاجة

المهارات المطلوبة:

• خبرة سابقة في تلميع الرخام (يفضل، يمكن توفير تدريب)

• معرفة جيدة بأنواع الرخام المختلفة والأسطح الأرضية

• القدرة على التعامل مع آلات ومعدات تلميع الرخام

• دقة وانتباه في العمل

• الالتزام بالمواعيد والقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط

• مهارات تواصل جيدة مع الفريق والعملاء

المؤهلات:

• لا يشترط شهادة جامعية

• شهادة أو دورة تدريبية في تلميع الرخام أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل)

مطلوب فني تصنيع معادن لمحل في البحرين

• خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة

• يجب أن يكون لديه فهم جيد وقدرة على التواصل
