Training Officer

o Create / Develop SOP-aligned training modules for all staff, front-of-house, kitchen, and support staff.

o Customize onboarding programs for new hires based on role-specific competencies.

o Observe service delivery and provide real-time feedback.

o Ensure training aligns with Bahrain Labour Law, food safety regulations, and internal policies.

Qualification and Experience

o 3–5 years in restaurant or hospitality training.

o Certified Hospitality Trainer (CHT) or equivalent.

Content Creator

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, shoot, and edit photo and video content for marketing, branding, and product promotion.

Collaborate with the marketing and design team to create visual assets for campaigns.

Maintain a consistent aesthetic that reflects the brand’s tone and identity.

Stay updated with visual trends, social media formats, and best practices.

Manage and organize digital assets, ensuring timely delivery of content.

Edit and retouch photos and videos using industry-standard software.

Occasionally shoot behind-the-scenes, events, or lifestyle content.

Assist in developing creative concepts for reels, TikToks, and promotional videos.

o إنشاء / تطوير وحدات تدريبية متوافقة مع الإجراءات التشغيلية القياسية لجميع الموظفين، وموظفي الاستقبال، والمطبخ، وموظفي الدعم.

o تخصيص برامج التوجيه للموظفين الجدد بناءً على الكفاءات الخاصة بكل دور.

o مراقبة تقديم الخدمة وتقديم ردود الفعل في الوقت الحقيقي.

o تنفيذ خطط التدريب للموظفين ذوي الأداء الضعيف.

• التأكد من أن التدريب يتماشى مع قانون العمل البحريني، وأنظمة سلامة الأغذية، والسياسات الداخلية.

o إجراء إحاطات حول النظافة والسلامة بالتنسيق مع فرق ضمان الجودة.
