• عقلية العمل الجماعي والاستعداد لمشاركة خبرتك ومعرفتك مع الآخرين، مع التركيز دائمًا على إيجاد الحلول
• المهارات الشخصية اللازمة لقيادة المهام والأهداف دون إشراف مكثف، والتعامل العملي مع نهجك، مع صفات قائد الفريق
