Responsibilities:

• Prepare a wide range of baked goods: cakes, pastries, muffins, desserts, etc.

• Ensure high quality, taste, and presentation

• Follow and create recipes with accurate measurements

• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in baking and dessert preparation

• Creativity in decorating and recipe development is a plus

☕ Barista / Cashier

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve hot & cold beverages (coffee, espresso, juices, mocktails)

• Handle POS system and customer transactions

• Maintain cleanliness of the beverage station

• Assist in customer service at the counter

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience as a barista

• Proficient with coffee machines and juicers

• Basic cashiering skills

• Friendly and presentable

🧠 Outlet & Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily outlet operations and manage staff (baker & barista)

• Handle ingredient purchasing and inventory control

• Manage supplier relationships and ensure timely procurement

• Boost sales via B2C & B2B strategies (supermarkets, cafes, schools, etc.)

• Perform menu engineering, pricing, and recipe costing

• Ensure hygiene, food safety, and operational efficiency

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in F&B outlet/store management

• Strong understanding of menu planning, food costing, and marketing

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Knowledge of bakery products and customer service

المهام:

• إعداد مجموعة واسعة من المخبوزات: الكيك، المعجنات، المافن، الحلويات، وغيرها

• ضمان الجودة العالية والطعم الجيد والتقديم الجذاب

• اتباع وإنشاء وصفات بدقة في المكونات والمقاييس

• الحفاظ على النظافة ومعايير سلامة الأغذية

المتطلبات:

• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في الخَبز وتحضير الحلويات

• الإبداع في التزيين وتطوير الوصفات يُعد ميزة إضافية

☕ باريستا / كاشير

المهام:

• تحضير وتقديم المشروبات الساخنة والباردة (قهوة، إسبريسو، عصائر، موكتيل)

• التعامل مع نظام نقاط البيع والعمليات النقدية

المتطلبات:

• خبرة 3 سنوات فأكثر في إدارة منافذ بيع الأطعمة والمشروبات
