Job Purpose:
Assisting the Academic Quality Controllers in the mechanical parts of the job like studying exam results, help in running efficient CAT exams, discover problem cases, discipline, detention sheet and report books, student tardiness, final school report, cleanliness of building.

Product Specialist
Required Competencies, Qualifications and Experience:

Graduate, with a Medical Professional Degree (e.g. Pharmacy, Medicine, etc.)

Minimum of three years competent and consistent performance as a Medical Representative or Product Specialist in an MNC Pharmaceutical/healthcare company
-
Past experience working within Neuropsychiatry, Neuroscience, Psychiatry preferred
Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Sales Targets

Under the supervision of the Line Manager, responsible for implementation of a key sales plan for customers in the allocated area

Achieve business results and sales quotas for the respective products as per the sales plans

Work with Line Manager in implementation of product sales and marketing strategies

Monitor sales against forecast and participate in determination of market potential for assigned geographical area

Ensure the product mix of sales is aligned to the cycle plan, as agreed by the Line Manager, and defined annual objectives for individual, sales team and the Group Therapy Area
Marketing and Design Executive
Skills and Competencies:
-
Proven work experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role within a professional company setting

Proven track record in marketing planning for annual roll out across digital and traditional activities
-
Minimum of 3 years of marketing and design experience, preferably within aviation, logistics, travel or B2B sectors
-
Proven proficiency with Canva, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and similar software
-
Proven experience of managing company social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, and familiar with website CMS such as WordPress or Squarespace
-
Familiarity with digital marketing tools, e.g. Google Analytics, social media platforms etc.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Ability to analyse data and generate reports on campaign performance

Excellent organisational, multitasking and project management skills

A proven ability to display innovative thinking to develop engaging marketing content and campaigns

تنفيذ خطة المبيعات الرئيسية للعملاء في المنطقة المخصصة تحت إشراف المدير المباشر.

التعاون مع المدير المباشر في تنفيذ استراتيجيات المبيعات والتسويق للمنتجات.

متابعة المبيعات مقابل التوقعات والمشاركة في تحديد الإمكانات السوقية للمنطقة الجغرافية المخصصة.

ضمان توافق مزيج المنتجات مع خطة الدورة والأهداف السنوية للفرد وفريق المبيعات ومنطقة العلاج الجماعي.
تنفيذي تسويق وتصميم
المهارات والكفاءات:

خبرة مثبتة كتنفيذي تسويق أو دور مشابه ضمن شركة محترفة.
-
سجل ناجح في تخطيط التسويق السنوي عبر الأنشطة الرقمية والتقليدية.
-
خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في التسويق والتصميم، ويفضل في مجالات الطيران، اللوجستيات، السفر أو قطاعات B2B.
-
إتقان برامج Canva، Photoshop، InDesign، Illustrator، وغيرها.
-
خبرة في إدارة منصات التواصل الاجتماعي للشركة، خاصة LinkedIn، ومعرفة بأنظمة إدارة المحتوى مثل WordPress أو Squarespace.

معرفة بأدوات التسويق الرقمي مثل Google Analytics ومنصات التواصل الاجتماعي.
