Accountant – Bahraini National Only
Job Description:
Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data. Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc. Presenting data to managers, preparing project forecasts, and other entities. Maintaining accurate financial records.
Responsibilities:
· Track payments to internal and external stakeholders
· Prepare budget forecasts
· Process tax payments and returns
· Manage all accounting transactions
· Prepare budget forecasts
· Publish financial statements on time
· Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
· Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
· Ensure timely bank payments
· Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
· Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
· Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
· Audit financial transactions and documents
· Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
· Comply with financial policies and regulations
Requirements and Skills:
· Work experience as an Accountant
· Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including GAAP
· Hands-on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks and QuickBooks
· Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
· Experience with general ledger functions
· Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
· BSc in Accounting, Finance, or relevant degree
· Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus
Purchaser (FMCG)
Key Responsibilities:
· Source and evaluate overseas suppliers
· Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms
· Ensure all purchases are dispatched on time and successfully sold in our markets
· Make accurate sales forecasts and inventory planning
· Monitor global market trends and product availability
· Stay updated on seasonal and trendy items relevant to our business
· Ensure compliance with international trade regulations
· Manage purchase orders, shipping, and import documentation
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
· 3–5 years of experience in international purchasing, preferably FMCG products
· Strong negotiation and communication skills
· Knowledge of Incoterms, shipping, and customs clearance
· Ability to forecast demand and understand seasonal market trends

المتطلبات والمهارات:
خبرة عملية كمحاسب.
معرفة ممتازة باللوائح والإجراءات المحاسبية، بما في ذلك مبادئ المحاسبة المقبولة عموماً (GAAP).
خبرة عملية باستخدام برامج المحاسبة مثل FreshBooks و QuickBooks.
مهارات متقدمة في MS Excel بما يشمل Vlookups والجداول المحورية.
خبرة في وظائف دفتر الأستاذ العام.

المسؤوليات والمهام الرئيسية:
البحث وتقييم الموردين الخارجيين.
التفاوض على العقود والأسعار وشروط التسليم.
ضمان إرسال جميع المشتريات في الوقت المحدد وبيعها بنجاح في الأسواق.
إعداد توقعات دقيقة للمبيعات وتخطيط المخزون.
متابعة اتجاهات السوق العالمية وتوافر المنتجات.
البقاء على اطلاع على المنتجات الموسمية والرائجة.
ضمان الالتزام باللوائح التجارية الدولية.
إدارة أوامر الشراء والشحن ووثائق الاستيراد.
المتطلبات:
بكالوريوس في المشتريات، سلسلة التوريد، إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
خبرة 3–5 سنوات في المشتريات الدولية، ويفضل منتجات FMCG.
مهارات تفاوض واتصال قوية.
معرفة بشروط التجارة الدولية، الشحن والتخليص الجمركي.
القدرة على التنبؤ بالطلب وفهم اتجاهات السوق الموسمية.
إجادة استخدام MS Office وأنظمة ERP.
إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية، العربية ميزة إضافية.
مسؤول التسويق – FMCG، التجزئة، القهوة والحلويات
المؤهلات والمهارات:
خبرة في FMCG، التجزئة، المقاهي أو صناعة الحلويات (يفضل).
معرفة قوية بالتسويق الرقمي ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
مهارات تواصل وتنسيق ممتازة.
عقلية إبداعية والقدرة على ابتكار أفكار جديدة.
القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.
إجادة MS Office؛ مهارات التصميم الأساسية ميزة إضافية.
