We are seeking to hire a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. You will be responsible for various accounting functions, including financial reporting, analysis, and supporting key business decisions.
🧾 Key Responsibilities (not limited to):
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Manage the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all transactions
Lead or participate in the month-end and year-end closing processes
Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate/resolve discrepancies
Assist with budget preparation and variance analysis
Implement and maintain internal controls
Support external and internal audits
Prepare and file tax returns and related documentation
🎓 Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s degree preferred)
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
Strong understanding of accounting principles and VAT regulations in Bahrain
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

إغلاق الحسابات شهريًا وربع سنويًا وسنويًا.
تسوية الحسابات الدائنة والمدينة.
ضمان دفع البنك في الوقت المحدد.
احتساب الضرائب وإعداد الإقرارات الضريبية.
إدارة الميزانيات العمومية وتقارير الأرباح والخسائر.
تقديم تقارير عن الوضع المالي والسيولة.
مراجعة المعاملات والمستندات المالية.
حفظ سرية البيانات المالية وعمل نسخ احتياطية.
الالتزام بالقوانين والسياسات المالية.
تقديم إقرارات ضريبة القيمة المضافة والتعامل مع المدققين.

📊 مطلوب محاسب أول – البحرين
تسعى شركتنا إلى توظيف محاسب أول ذو خبرة عالية ودوافع قوية للانضمام إلى فريق المالية. سيكون لهذا الدور أهمية كبيرة في ضمان دقة وسلامة السجلات المالية، وسيتضمن مجموعة من المهام المحاسبية مثل إعداد البيانات المالية وتحليل البيانات ودعم اتخاذ القرارات.
المسؤوليات (تشمل ولا تقتصر على):
إعداد وتحليل البيانات المالية الشهرية والربع سنوية والسنوية
إدارة دفتر الأستاذ العام والتأكد من دقة واكتمال جميع المعاملات
قيادة أو المشاركة في عمليات الإقفال الشهري والسنوي
تسوية حسابات الميزانية العمومية والتحقيق في الفروقات وحلها
المساعدة في إعداد الميزانية وتحليل الفروقات
تنفيذ وصيانة ضوابط داخلية فعالة
دعم عمليات التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي
إعداد وتقديم الإقرارات الضريبية والوثائق المتعلقة بها
المؤهلات:
درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية (يفضل الماجستير)
خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال المحاسبة
فهم قوي للمبادئ المحاسبية والضريبة (VAT) في البحرين
إجادة استخدام برامج المحاسبة (Tally)
مهارات تحليلية وحل مشكلات ممتازة
القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وضمن فريق
دقة عالية واهتمام بالتفاصيل
القدرة على الالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية وإدارة الأولويات المتعددة
