Project Manager (Solar) 

 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead and manage end-to-end execution of solar power projects (MW-scale), ensuring completion within defined timelines, budget, and quality.

Coordinate with internal engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure project milestones are met.

Liaise with clients, consultants, government bodies, subcontractors, and vendors for seamless project execution.

Prepare and monitor detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocation.

Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.

Review project designs, technical specifications, and drawings to ensure alignment with project requirements.

Lead project reviews, progress meetings, and prepare project reports for stakeholders.

Manage contracts, resolve disputes, and ensure contractual obligations are met.

Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.

Drive continuous improvement and implementation of best practices in project management.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.

Minimum of 12 years experience in managing large-scale solar EPC or renewable energy projects.

Proven track record of delivering multi-megawatt solar projects from concept to commissioning.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

PMP certification is a strong advantage.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

Proficient in project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent.

Familiarity with national and international codes and standards (IEC, IEEE, IS, NEC).

Strong commercial and contractual acumen.

Knowledge of grid interconnection and power evacuation systems.

مدير المشروع (الطاقة الشمسية) 

 مسؤوليات الوظيفة:

قيادة وإدارة تنفيذ مشاريع الطاقة الشمسية (بمقياس ميغاواط) من البداية إلى النهاية، وضمان إكمالها ضمن الجداول الزمنية والميزانية والجودة المحددة.

التنسيق مع فرق الهندسة الداخلية والمشتريات والبناء والتشغيل لضمان تحقيق معالم المشروع.

التواصل مع العملاء والمستشارين والهيئات الحكومية والمقاولين من الباطن والبائعين لضمان تنفيذ المشروع بسلاسة.

إعداد ومراقبة الخطط التفصيلية للمشروع والميزانيات وتخصيص الموارد.

إجراء تقييمات المخاطر وتطوير استراتيجيات التخفيف منها.

مراجعة تصميمات المشروع والمواصفات الفنية والرسومات للتأكد من التوافق مع متطلبات المشروع.

قيادة مراجعات المشروع، واجتماعات التقدم، وإعداد تقارير المشروع لأصحاب المصلحة.

إدارة العقود وحل النزاعات وضمان الوفاء بالالتزامات التعاقدية.

ضمان الالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة ومعايير الجودة والامتثال التنظيمي.

قيادة التحسين المستمر وتنفيذ أفضل الممارسات في إدارة المشاريع.

المؤهلات الرئيسية:

بكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية.

- خبرة لا تقل عن 12 عامًا في إدارة مشاريع الطاقة الشمسية أو الطاقة المتجددة واسعة النطاق.

سجل حافل في تقديم مشاريع الطاقة الشمسية متعددة ميغاواط من المفهوم إلى التشغيل.

معرفة قوية بمنهجيات وأدوات إدارة المشاريع.

تعتبر شهادة PMP ميزة قوية.

مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتفاوض والقيادة.

القدرة على التعامل مع مشاريع متعددة وأصحاب المصلحة في وقت واحد.

كفاءة في برامج إدارة المشاريع مثل MS Project أو Primavera أو ما يعادلها.

- المعرفة بالرموز والمعايير الوطنية والدولية (IEC، IEEE، IS، NEC).

خبرة تجارية وتعاقدية قوية.

- معرفة أنظمة الربط الكهربائي وتفريغ الطاقة.
