Job Title: Crew Member

Job Summary:

As a Crew Member at Make Mine, you’ll be the face of our brand — preparing fresh, customizable meals with care, welcoming customers with a smile, and ensuring every guest enjoys a clean, friendly, and smooth experience. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, perfect for someone who enjoys working with food and people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and provide helpful, friendly service

• Assemble and serve customizable bowls/salads according to customer orders and brand standards

• Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness procedures at all times

• Prep fresh ingredients daily (chopping, portioning, restocking, etc.)

• Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions when needed

• Maintain cleanliness of the food line, dining area, and back of house

• Support teammates and communicate clearly during busy shifts

• Uphold Make Mine’s quality, portion, and presentation standards

• Follow opening, closing, and shift change procedures

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus, but not required

• Friendly, positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Fast learner with attention to detail

• Ability to work in a team and take initiative

• Good communication skills

• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and different shifts

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• تجهيز المكونات الطازجة يوميًا (تقطيع، تقسيم، إعادة تخزين، إلخ).

• التعامل مع عمليات نقاط البيع (POS) عند الحاجة.

• الحفاظ على نظافة منطقة الطعام، منطقة تناول الطعام، والمطبخ الخلفي.

• دعم زملاء العمل والتواصل بوضوح أثناء فترات العمل المزدحمة.

• الالتزام بمعايير الجودة، الكمية، وتقديم الطعام الخاصة بـ Make Mine.

• اتباع إجراءات الافتتاح والإغلاق وتغيير الورديات.

المؤهلات والمهارات:

• خبرة سابقة في مجال الطعام أو الضيافة ميزة إضافية، لكن غير مطلوبة.

• شخصية ودودة وإيجابية وأخلاقيات عمل قوية.

• سرعة تعلم مع انتباه للتفاصيل.

• القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق والمبادرة.

• مهارات تواصل جيدة.

• القدرة على العمل في عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية وفترات مختلفة.
