About the Role
We are seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager with proven knowledge and experience in Marketing, SEO, Website Development, Mobile Applications, and Social Media Management. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, building client relationships, and promoting digital services.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Promote digital services: Marketing, SEO, Websites, Mobile Apps, Social Media, etc.
Prepare sales reports and provide market insights.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales & business development (preferably in digital media/marketing).
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Valid Bahrain driving license.

المسؤوليات:
تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات المبيعات لتحقيق الأهداف الشهرية.
بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء والحفاظ عليها.
الترويج للخدمات الرقمية: التسويق، تحسين محركات البحث، مواقع الويب، تطبيقات الجوال، وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، إلخ.
إعداد تقارير المبيعات وتقديم رؤى السوق.

متطلبات

خبرة مثبتة في المبيعات وتطوير الأعمال (يفضل في مجال الإعلام الرقمي والتسويق).
مهارات تواصل وتفاوض وإتمام صفقات قوية.
طموح، دافع ذاتي، وقادر على العمل باستقلالية.
رخصة قيادة بحرينية سارية المفعول.
