Career Opportunity: Steelfixer – Oil & Gas Projects in Bahrain

About the Role
We are looking for a Steelfixer to cut, bend, assemble, and fix steel reinforcement bars and mesh in compliance with engineering drawings, safety standards, and project specifications. This role is critical to ensuring structural integrity across our concrete projects.

Responsibilities

• Interpret construction drawings, bar bending schedules, and technical specifications
• Cut, bend, shape, and tie reinforcement bars and mesh using hand and power tools
• Position, assemble, and secure reinforcement bars and steel cages before concrete pouring
• Fix steel reinforcements in foundations, columns, beams, slabs, tanks, and other structures
• Ensure proper alignment, spacing, and cover of steel reinforcement according to standards
• Fabricate and install steel reinforcement in confined spaces or at heights as required
• Coordinate work with formwork carpenters, welders, and concrete workers
• Follow site safety protocols, wear PPE, and comply with company HSE guidelines

حول الوظيفة:
نبحث عن فني تركيب حديد لقطع وثني وتجميع وتثبيت قضبان وشبكات التسليح الفولاذية، بما يتوافق مع الرسومات الهندسية ومعايير السلامة ومواصفات المشروع. يُعد هذا الدور بالغ الأهمية لضمان سلامة الهياكل الإنشائية في مشاريعنا الخرسانية.

المسؤوليات

• تفسير رسومات البناء وجداول ثني القضبان والمواصفات الفنية
• قطع وثني وتشكيل وربط قضبان التسليح والشبكة باستخدام الأدوات اليدوية والكهربائية
• وضع وتجميع وتأمين قضبان التسليح والأقفاص الفولاذية قبل صب الخرسانة
• تثبيت التعزيزات الفولاذية في الأساسات والأعمدة والعوارض والألواح والخزانات وغيرها من الهياكل
• ضمان المحاذاة الصحيحة والتباعد وتغطية التسليح الفولاذي وفقًا للمعايير
• تصنيع وتركيب حديد التسليح في الأماكن الضيقة أو على المرتفعات حسب الحاجة
• تنسيق العمل مع نجاري القوالب واللحامين وعمال الخرسانة
• اتبع بروتوكولات السلامة في الموقع، وارتدِ معدات الوقاية الشخصية، والتزم بإرشادات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة الخاصة بالشركة
