Job Description / Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging IT training programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and skill gaps.

• Assess training needs through consultations, surveys, and performance analysis, tailoring content for maximum impact.

• Develop comprehensive training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online modules, using various learning platforms.

• Conduct hands-on training sessions, workshops, and webinars, fostering a dynamic and interactive learning environment.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Expected to be currently based in Bahrain.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

• Possess relevant certifications, such as Cisco, Microsoft, or similar.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT training or a related role, demonstrating a track record of success.

• Proven experience working in the technology sector, with a deep understanding of IT concepts and systems.
